Integrity is owned and operated by the Minson family. JR, a master plumber, has been plumbing for over 25 years. He has worked on many types of jobsites. From hospitals to schools to high rises in Houston, he prides himself on his work and dedication to each individual job. He has even installed storm drains, hanging from ropes, up to 295 feet in the air, in the Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia. He is very detail oriented and wants the job done right, every time.

The Minson family transplanted to the RGV in 2020 and started Integrity in January 2021. JR and Carmon have been married for over 20 years and have 5 wonderful children. They are a loyal, hard-working, God-loving family, who is excited to serve the RGV’s plumbing needs. They are dedicated to serve each and every customer with respect and integrity.
